The event was moved to spring and was more educationally-focused with a series of speakers including:
- Brian Calley: Lieutenant Governor & 2018 Gubernatorial Candidate
- Andy Deloney: Chairman - Michigan Liquor Control Commission
- Senator Marty Knollenberg: Chairman - Senate Licensing & Regulatory Affairs Appropriations Subcommittee
- Gordon Wenk: Director - Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development
The day ended with "The Best Tasting Reception in Lansing" at the RE Olds Transportation Museum, catered by Palate and featuring beer from more than a dozen member breweries.
